Physic or infrastructure development seems still become the priority in Gianyar 2010 budgetary and expense planning. It is due to the most of priority suggestion comes from every village when districts meeting conducted. From 280 suggestion of seven districts and 70 villages, the main demand fell to physic development, followed by social, economic and governmental.

Thus made the forum meeting of Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Gianyar – working unite area device – held on Wednesday (March 24) yesterday. This meeting is a work agenda of Gianyar Development Agency in planning their 2011 Regional Budgetary Expense Draft which will be divided into four separated groups. Starting from public, social, economic and physic or infrastructure category. The place itself will be divided into different locations too. From that meeting, none of the regional councils attended with recess excuse.

Besides SKPD, that meeting as it was the first forum developed, attend also delegation from musrenbang kecamatan – various district delegations – to oversee the result of musrenbang kecamatan poured in 280 suggestions. It is due to the priority suggestion from musrenbang kecamatan gone frequently when entering SKPD forum and Musrenbang Kabupaten – Regency level of districts meeting –

A belief that villages priority suggestion Musrenbang kecamatan is depend on the argumentation ability from Musrenbang Kecamatan in Musrenbang Kabupaten activity held on April 5th and 6th. From that SKPD forum, hundred suggestions Musrenbang Kecamatan approved in priority draft as it will be composed by SKPD. “These drafts will went through further discussion in Musrenbang Kabupaten held by SKPD in order to look further for our regional financial condition derived from Gianyar Regional Budgetary Expense, Provincial Budgetary Expense and National Budgetary Expense,” he explained.
