Sound System Worth Rp21,1 Billion Setting Up
A set of contemporary facilities such as sound system, lighting, generator and CCTV has set up in Cultural Park Bali. They are worth Rp21,1 billion as it set up since last October. The Head of Cultural Division Bali Ketut Suastika on Tuesday (13/12) yesterday said the provision of those amenities had fitted with the contract whether those’ amount or their specification. The facility setting in the field had assisted. “Cultural division staff especially ones charged in Cultural Park at first has involved to set the facilities. The project holder even had done human resource training related with its operational and its maintenance since December 12, 2011. The modern facilities then can function effectively,” said Suastika.
Special team had visited to check the facilities, its type and its specification. Based on the checking, it has fitted with the contract. Suastika was also said the provision of those amenities in Cultural Park Bali begins with planning picture whether its type, amount and its specification. The draft made to arrange estimation price based on price survey in three companies in Jakarta. Then the staff held an analysis to fit the price of the three companies.
The result poured in estimation price, work planning, requirements and working contract. Furthermore the price of the amenities is not expensive due to it is related with the good’s type, its amount, specification and supported facility such as the poles, cables and its installation cost. The Head of Cultural Park Drs. Ketut Mantara Gandi, M.Si. said the installed devices in Cultural Park will finish on December. Further he said the required goods had checked by checker team. Besides setting up permanently, the tools later will operate with mobile system for some stages such as Ayodya and Ratna Kanda.
